WE SHIP BY ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER (WEEKENDS VARY DUE TO POST OFFICE CLOSURES) AFTER THAT IT IS FIRMLY IN THE HANDS OF THE POSTMAN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL, AND RECEIVE NEXT DAY DELIVERY (TAKING 1-3 DAYS CURRENTLY), PLEASE SELECT THAT OPTION AT CHECKOUT. (NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION AVAILABLE MON-THURS, ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1PM ON THURSDAY MAY NOT ARRIVE UNTIL MON/TUES THE FOLLOWING WEEK). PARCELS DURING THE STRIKES ARE TAKING BETWEEN 3-10 DAYS IF SENT 1ST CLASS. ANY QUERIES OR SPECIAL POSTAL REQUESTS, PING US AN EMAIL & WE’LL HELP/ADVISE AS BEST WE CAN!

Shipping Options - UK 

If the total of your order is over £70, we will send your parcel by first class post, free of charge. (automatically applied at checkout)

1st Class - All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail First Class (unless another delivery option is selected) & will cost £5.50 per package. Royal Mail 1st class aims to deliver next day, including Saturdays.

Next Day Delivery/Special Delivery – For GUARANTEED next day delivery please select this service at checkout. This service is only available for orders placed Mon-Thurs and will cost £10 Orders will need to be placed before 1pm to ensure delivery the following day.

Shipping Options EU & Ireland

Shipping within the EU will cost a flat rate of £10

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS £70 & OVER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED AT CHECKOUT

From past experience, orders usually arrive within 7-14 days. We retain proof of postage but should you require your delivery is sent by an insured service, please email us to request this. (Extra charges may be applicable)

Shipping Options Outside EU.

We are happy to post worldwide. All orders sent to destinations outside of the EU will cost £10.

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase. We cannot provide this information for you.
